Therapy Services

I provide virtual sessions and am licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York.

I specialize in working with:

  • People who have experienced trauma (specifically sexual violence, but broadly any kind of interpersonal trauma).

  • People who are postpartum or early parents.

  • People who have been incarcerated or justice-involved.

In addition to these specializations, I can help you navigate other concerns (e.g., life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationships).

While I use a wide range of interventions tailored to your needs, my training is primarily in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and relational psychotherapy. This means that I am an active participant in your journey, using the therapeutic relationship and what is happening in the here-and-now as tools in our work. I also have training in and incorporate other modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). There are a lot of different kinds of therapy and plenty of jargon, so please feel free to ask any questions about these different approaches!

Fee Information

Out-of-pocket

My out-of-pocket fee is $120 per session.

I am able to offer a sliding scale when needed, and provide monthly superbills which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna, Optum (United), and Cigna. There are many plans under these three payers, so if you have a question about insurance, please reach out and we can see if I am in-network for you.

I have extensive experience providing trainings about trauma, trauma-informed care, vicarious trauma, and sexual violence to a range of audiences (e.g., other mental health clinicians, advocates, volunteers, corrections staff, law enforcement, social services providers).

Please reach out to discuss your training needs and we can tailor a plan to match.
